Evaluation Services: From $100-145/hour, depending on annual income. The number of hours/total cost vary depending on the reason for the evaluation. I am happy to provide an estimated total cost during a consultation.

I do not accept insurance. I can provide superbills for you to submit to your insurance company, although I cannot make any guarantees regarding reimbursement.
