About Me
I provide therapy services to all ages, under the supervision of Dr. Krista Jordan (read about Dr. Jordan here). I offer sessions in person in Austin, TX, and virtually throughout the state of Texas. Through my education and experience, I have learned that each stage and circumstance of life brings unique challenges that can be effectively managed with the right support. My goal is to create an open, understanding, and relaxed environment where clients can explore themselves and their experiences while developing tools to cope and heal from life's challenges.
I have a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. I received my license as a Licensed Psychological Associate in 2024. My clinical work has included both agency and private practice settings, providing assessment and therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults.
I have experience working with OCD, personality disorders, mood disorders (depressive disorders, bipolar disorder), anxiety disorders, complex and single-incident trauma, and ADHD. My training has involved education surrounding immediate and long-term effects of trauma, with a specific focus on domestic and sexual violence.
I favor an attachment-based approach, while also using techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) with the goal of establishing an approach that is uniquely suited to each client’s needs.
